These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AV Hoop Arena website, basketball programs, registration services, and related communications.

Cal Storm is the registered SMS messaging brand associated with the messaging program described in these terms. Cal Storm, AV Hoop Arena and Rising Stars Youth League are brands of the same business, W.N.F. Holdings L.L.C., 42537 6th St East, Lancaster, CA 93535.

The basketball programs covered by these terms include Cal Storm High Desert, Rising Stars Youth League, and AV Hoop Arena training programs (including Junior Legends, Little Ballers and Open Runs), all operated by W.N.F. Holdings L.L.C.. By registering or using our services you agree to these terms.

Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. Monthly memberships renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. Participation also requires acceptance of the applicable liability waiver and code of conduct.

By voluntarily opting in, parents, legal guardians, and adult participants agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Cal Storm regarding the basketball programs for which they have provided consent.

These communications may include Cal Storm High Desert team announcements, practice schedules, tournament information, player registration updates, Rising Stars Youth League game schedules, AV Hoop Arena basketball training updates, and payment reminders.

Participants must follow staff instructions and facility rules. We may remove anyone whose conduct endangers others.
