("we," "us") operates the AV Hoop Arena training facility and its programs, including Rising Stars Youth League, Junior Legends, Little Ballers, Open Runs, group and private training, and the Cal Storm High Desert club team. Cal Storm is our registered SMS messaging brand; Cal Storm, AV Hoop Arena and Rising Stars Youth League are all brands of W.N.F. Holdings L.L.C.. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

Name, email, mobile phone number, mailing address, athlete details (name, grade, school, birth date, size), emergency contacts, payment status (card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us), communication preferences, SMS consent records (phone number, date/time, consent wording and the form used), and basic technical data such as IP address and browser.

• Run training, league and team programs, registrations and memberships.
• Process payments and send receipts and confirmations.
• Send schedules, updates, reminders and announcements you've asked for.
• Keep our facility and participants safe and meet legal obligations.

SMS messages are sent under our registered brand Cal Storm for Cal Storm High Desert, Rising Stars Youth League and AV Hoop Arena programs. If a parent, legal guardian or adult participant checks the optional, unchecked-by-default text message box when entering a phone number, Cal Storm will send recurring program texts about schedules, registration, training, tournaments and payments to that number. We send program updates only — no marketing texts. Consent is not a condition of registration, participation or purchase.

Parent and guardian contact information: for youth programs we collect the parent or legal guardian's name, email and mobile number, not the child's, and use it only to communicate about the player's programs, teams and payments. When you opt in we record your phone number, the date and time, the consent wording version and the form you used, as proof of consent. You can opt out at any time.

SMS opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share phone numbers with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS carrier platform), solely to send the texts you requested. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us operate (payments, email, SMS delivery, hosting), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

You can update your contact details, unsubscribe from emails, reply STOP to texts, or ask us to access or delete your information by contacting us below.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. Youth athlete information is provided by a parent or guardian, and we only use it to run our programs.
