This page documents how AV Hoop Arena (W.N.F. Holdings L.L.C., 42537 6th St East, Lancaster, CA 93535) collects consent for its text messaging program. It is public and requires no login, registration, purchase or pop-up. Screenshots below are taken from the live registration form and contain no customer data.

1. Where consent is collected

Consent is collected on our public web forms, directly below the field where a customer types their mobile phone number. The checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, and separate from the liability waiver and any other terms. Customers can register and pay without checking it.

2. Exact consent wording

4. What we send

Recurring messages from Cal Storm (registered SMS brand of W.N.F. Holdings L.L.C.) to parents, legal guardians and adult participants about AV Hoop Arena programs, Rising Stars Youth League and Cal Storm High Desert club basketball: training and practice schedules, tournaments, team announcements, registration and payment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Sample: "AV Hoop Arena: Rising Stars games this Saturday start at 9:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out."

5. Opt-out, help and records

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe (START to rejoin); reply HELP or contact info@avhooparena.com / 661-727-0522 for help. Every consent decision and STOP request is recorded with the phone number, date and time, consent wording version and the form it came from, and our sending system skips anyone who has not opted in or has replied STOP. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
